Need to go shopping for another sewing machine and serger

Now the first order of business is finding a new sewing machine and serger in a country I don't know nor speak the language. Even though a lot of people do speak some amount of English its not always easy to communicate everything. I did bring my sewing machine and serger from America but was broken a long the way so now I need new ones. I pray that I can find them soon.
