Well I'm still working on my Fall/Winter sewing plans but I thought I would share my next project. Its a quickie I hope my inspiration came from this.

This Micheal Kors jacket, $159.00 from Nordstrom.
But for less than $20.00 I can a equally cute
jacket with not a lot of work.

The fabric is brown and gold houndstooth corduroy from fabric.com and the pattern is Butterick's See and Sew 5204 or just a reprint of Butterick 5000

My fabric is washed and ready to go.
Hopefully tonight I'll get around to ironing it after I finish my studying.
I do plan ton shorting the sleeves to 3/4 just as the MK design but other than that I'm going to the pattern as is. I'm still debating about the the closure most of the time I wear my jackets open so I'm still undecided as far as the closure do I want one or not, if so do I want a button or a snap or maybe a hook and eye? Well I still have time before I have to decide so we'll see God Willing.
